SKM has a ton of gals who are widely varied but the building is way too exposed to street traffic for my taste, though I still wander in there. KB in Sheung Wan has had its ups and downs. Used to be called MILF heaven but the gals are much younger now. Its also on  side street and easily accessible. Its a fairly clean place also. Best prices is way too subjective. Most of the gals in James Lee have DB pages. Champagne Court in TST certainly has the numbers and if you like the randomness of knocking on doors it is a cool place. There are not too many DB pages for Champagne so just knock on doors until you find one you like. It will not take you too long to find one. In terms of good syt in walk ups, there are some in sheung wan/wan chai but i would range them at 23-28 year olds. Where you might find value for money is the phone appoitment circuit in north point which tends to be younger girls who could pass off for hotel girls without the make up.
