#1 Post at 28-8-2011 21:14  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Tee-totaller OK, I don't drink alcohol because I don't like the taste (no moral objection, purely taste); I don't like noisy bars because I want to talk to the girls, not yell; I'm an old white guy; where do I go? I've tried a couple of walk-ups because of the great forums on this site.  What I'd like is the GFE, all night, one shot at night, sleep, then another in the morning.  Where can I get a girl for this sort of thing? I suppose I want the Coffee Club equivalent of a bar!

If it was me telling a friend or giving advice, it would be to try wan chai (although you do not like the noise) perhaps you could quickly meet some one then ask them to go somewhere quiet?? You may try the Sunday park route, but the selection will definitely not be as good as what you'll find at Wan Chai. I think the best bet you would get without needing to drink or going inside a bar would be to venture the Lockhart road and Luard Road in Wan Chai, and grab a girl while she's walking towards her "office." Or chat up the scantily clad strippers while they're standing outside trying to lure people in.

I have no idea how many times Butler has gone to Hari's, but I can say that what he describes is completely accurate.  The lounge beside the bar a Hari's is big and vast and a very quiet, relaxed place to watch the WG "racetrack".  And indeed it is curious to sit there and watch punters meekly walk out with a WG five paces behind. Me?  I prefer to go into the bar where mingling with gals is "normal" in every bar the world-over.  Do I look any more "innocent"?  No.., but it feels more "normal" to me.  I do this mingling with civvies in regular bars all the time so it feels the same to me even if every one in the room knows I am a punter and she's a WG.  Just my thing, and I realize it is not for everyone.
