If you want to see hot girls in the gym, you have to go at around 545pm-730pm M-F when they just got off work to head off to the yoga/spinning/aerobics, etc classes.  But if you go during those times, you will not be able to get a great workout as the gyms will be crowded. You will have to wait at least 5 mins for every station/barbells set, etc. It will take you forever to finish your workout. To get a great workout, you will have to go at the same times all the hardcore guys go which happens to be the time the gym has hardly hot girls in sight.

Some of these gyms are really nice and include an indoor/outdoor pool. In the TST area, you can pay to use the YMCA Salisbury Hotel gym for one day.
