Ask the girl to spread her legs, if you can visualize the external os, the she's got a loose vaginal.  If you can see the cervical os, then she's about to deliver.  There has been no correlation between Labia majora or labia minor and the actual size of the vagina or how loose it is.  The feeling of tightness also depends on the smooth muscle lining the vaginal cavity as well as the muscles of the perineum.  And, if you see a head popping out of the vagina, RUN!

Stature has a lot to do with it, caucasians are definitely looser than petite asians in my experience.

Actually what is the point of your question?  Once you have a girl who is naked enough to show you her pussy, are you going to turn her down and not stick in your dick because you can tell her pussy is not tight from looking at it?
