Hi, I've tried to post a poll on this issue but I didn't manage so I put this a simple question. The poll options would have been: QUOTE: No, I don't want him to get involved with prostitutes No, I want him to make his own experiences No, I don't want him to know I visit those places No, I would feel wierd to visit to be in those places with him Yes, why not yes, you have to help your son to know the good stuff yes, only if he pays for me I don't know I don't care, I don't have a son So, if anyone wants to set up a poll on that, they're welcome. #7 Post at 27-2-2010 21:21  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L My best friend was introduced to KTV by his dad.  He told me when they brought in girls, he yelled at the management because the girls were not hot enough for his son. haha!   As for me, I think I would take my son when he was old enough and mature enough not to lose control.  When you are young, men are easily manipulated by woman, so it would be an interesting life lesson for him.  All woman nag the fuck out of you (mom, gf, wife) and the only way you shut them up is with money or a dick in their mouths (WG).   The only thing I would be worried about is him telling his mom, but I guess, there is that thing called mutually assured destruction.

I have a friend who have done this with his father and they have a great relationship. Let's face it as male we have a double standard for sons and daughters. If you had a son and he had a great looking girlfriend we would be happy and thinking a chip of the old block and   cheering him on. But a daughter we would want to be a virgin until her wedding night or maybe longer.

#12 Post at 28-2-2010 02:20  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L If I had a son, I would not even let him know that I visit these places because you want him to grow up in a pure state of mind.  You really don't want him to treat girls as play things when he's in school or even out in the working society.  Also, not many people can handle the temptation.  You really don't want him to be screw up in his sex life when he has a family.   It also depends on his personality.  If it's is a player, then you're more like to be comfortable introducing him to KTVs.  But if he is the study type and shy around girls, it would really mess up his thinking if you make the introduction.

Thailand is a great example.  Men who take their sons to a brothel for their first experience is not at all uncommon.  If you look up the stats for how many Thai men have visited a WG, you'll be likely shocked at how high the incidence rate is. The same goes for the Philippines, and a lot of Asian countries, I imagine it's more cultural than anything else. That being said, everything I'm with my father in any of these countries, I generally tell him to do what he wants, but don't involve me.  I'd rather be genuinely able to say to my mother that I don't know what's going on, rather than to be stuck in between.
