She is China's best known actress in the West, and was named Best Actress at the 49th Venice Internationl Film Festival for her role in Qiu Ju da guan si ("The Story of Qiu Ju"). She has starred in the US films Memoirs of a Geisha, Miami Vice, and Hannibal Rising.Li Was included in People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People and is the beauty ambassador for L'Oreal cosmetics.

Kelly Hu is a fourth-generation American with Chinese, Filipino, Hawaiian and English ancestry. She won Miss Teen USA in 1985, and she was the very first Asian American to win the award. She competed as Miss Hawaii at Miss USA in 1993, where she won the Miss Photogenic Award and finished in the Top 6 overall. Kelly Hu was the first Asian American to be featured on the cover of Maxim Magazine. At the time of publication, Kelly Hu's cover was the biggest selling issue of Maxim in their history.

i dont know who made these choices but I personally only think Zhang Ziyi, and Lucy Liu were hot in my book. Maybe i like the "I'm too good to look at the cameraman" type.

To me they are just a list of the most recognized and popular asian celebs.  Except for a few, I don't think they are all that "hot" in the horny-feeling-generating sense of the word.  Talent/character/style - okay

Some of the asian celebs chosen are getting on a bit now and had better days _ Micheele Yeoh/ Gong Li for example. I do like Gary's list but was wondering if its a fair comparison since they've all been touched up. Maybe some bros can do a top ten list with real photos of wgs??

I do but it depends on which shot................ I don't necessarily think the ones taken whilst the celebs are out and about have been touched up. In fact might be in the newspapers/ magazines interest to display any flaws.

i love watching her in Lust Caution. Is it true, she cannot find another movie roll because of the nudity she did in that film?

Maybe some of them like Michelle Yeoh, but Gong Li still has the biggest knockers of any of them.  I have always found her beautiful ever since I saw her in "Ju Dou" in 1990.
