i need to tell you about this guy i met at the weekend in LQF. Basically we got to start talking and it soon moved on to mongering. but then he told me has hiv and he deliberately tries to giveit to WG's. he told me he puts a knife through condoms so it breaks the condom and when he is with WG's he insists on using his own. the only problem is apparently is because the condom isnt air tight when its put on the teet part sticks out and sometimes the WG's see this and use another condom. if he gets away with the condom soon breaks after penetration. but also if the girl realises the condom is broken and he puts one of hers on he has a back up plan. he wears a large plaster on his but which he keeps a small pair of scissors in. he does the girl doggy and give the condom a clip with the scissors when the WG' isnt looking. he said he goes to 141 girls and hotel girls very frequently at least 2 a week. i cant believe this sick freak. it makes me feel ill thinking about it and if i ever see him again i would call the police. the 141 girls need to be told about this sicko! he is around 40 ish 6 foot with dark hair. he looks like a normal guy!!!

Knowingly spreading an STI is a fucking crime!  You should have called the police and get LQF management to give up there videos to stop this guy.  Not calling the police for knowing is also a crime.  If I were you I would call the cops now and get LQF management to help find this sicko for the health of everyone including your own freedom.  If someone else gets LQF to give up video and knowing that you knew and didn't say anything could result in you getting indicted too so if I were you I would call the police immediately before you end up on the news as well.

What's LQF?  I thought you guys were talking about Lan Kwai Fong but that would be LKF.

If there is somebody actively trying to infect people with HIV, he should be reported to the Police immediately, and yes you should make sure that its sooner rather than later and that the Cops dont implicate you for knowing and not reporting

Nobody is implicating you....we're just saying that you should report it to Police, for a number of reasons including making sure you are not charged as an accessory for having this knowledge of his intentions etc and doing nothing about it

In many countries, someone deliberately infecting someone with HIV is a criminal offence, and after being told, if the guy was later arrested and it was revealed he had told you and you had done nothing, you could have ended up being charged as an accessory

The law isnt always fair....
