What I did was to meet one under an escort arrangement, and get her to recommend her friends/contacts in the escort/porn industry. After meeting a few, you would have them plus their friends. You can rapidly expand your network from there. I think the girls dont mind it because they get paid the same amount for less work (since the more girls there are, the less effort they have to put in to please you, but get paid the same!). Bear in mind, some girls don't like doing it with other girls (usually escorts/nude models are in this category), but porn stars are usually ok with it. One of them told me, that she doesn't mind kissing another girl, it does nothing for her, but she gets how guys get a huge thrill from it, so she does it for the $$.
Also if you want to do this, be sure you treat the girls nicely, because they are also people like you and me, and appreciate being treated as human beings and not as a piece of meat to be used and then thrown to the side. Some of them have told me how porn work is a lot like that, so they much prefer escort work which is "nicer" and they get paid better. Treating them nice dramatically improves the likelihood that they will agree to something like this. Of course, you would have to pay for everything (location, party food, alcohol, etc). So it's an expensive affair, but it was a special celebration so I didn't mind.
Went setting up such a big event, make sure you are prepared for those who don't turn up. I actually called 14 girls, expecting 12 to show up, and only 10 actually came. Oh, and bring boxes and boxes of your favourite condoms. You are generally expected to change them between each girl. And with so many girls, you will go through the condoms rapidly.
