Taiwan lowest fertility rate per female in the world

When they are not having sex they are not having kids. This news does not surprise me as one does not see many pregnant women walking around in Taipei. These last 2 months though I did manage to see a few more as many locals believe that the year of the Dragon is good to have kids so there are a few who waited for this year to have their sex. Having the lowest fertility rate also means having the lowest mongering chances.

Why would having the lowest fertility rate have any correlation with any mongering chance? Sex for pleasure and sex for kids are two different activities for married couples.
