Keep on mongering safely

I working in a hospital and saw in someone's notes they had a strangulated penis. Apparently the catheter somehow wrapped around the penis and this chap ended up in excrutaiating pain - ouch................!!!!
I was going to attach a picture but when I found it on google images felt a bit sick myself   so decided against it

So seeing these posts reminded me of a story a friend told me.  Please note, this is hearsay....

So this friend of mine moved into an apartment and his neighbors were doctors.  An OB and a urologist no less.  So being neighborly,
he asks the urologist what is the craziest thing he's encountered as a urologist (without divulging anyone's name).  The urologist said he saw a broken penis, but broken like this....visualize a celery stalk snapped sideways hanging by it's fibers on one side.  That's what this one guy's penis looked like after some vigorous CG.  BUT this is not the craziest one.

A man came in...said he had gum up his urethra.  Doc is thinking WTF??

Explanation goes like this.  Patient felt that it hurt to pee and self diagnosed himself with kidney stones.  sitting at the dining room table and eating chicklets, he thinks...hmmm...gum is sticky...and proceeds to roll his chewed up chicklets into a long string. Logically he was going to stick the string of gum up his penis, stick to the kidney stone, and pull it out.  Well as he tried to pull it out, it of course breaks.

in the emergency room they try everything ...tweezers, pinchers...to no avail.  (well maybe not everything, a nurse with BJ skills might have done it)

So the last resort....slice him open.  one long slice on the underside....like a butterflied hot dog.  Turns out he some how got it very close to the bladder.  

And the kicker?, he DIDN'T have kidney stones.
