Until late last year myfreecams had a separate Asian section full of mostly Phils.  It was great fun because they would do absolutely anything for some credits.  And usually give good free cam time as well.  But apparently the website got threatened with legal action because they did not track ID and proof of age like they did in the "Western" section.  They mostly relied on third party suppliers in Asia who clearly did not care about the age of the girl.

Some of the Asian girls tried to work on the regular site (the one you see now), but they weren't able to keep the participation scores high enough to show up on the first page (where 90% of the action is) and I think they are all gone now.
