But seriously, you aren't trying to impune the reputation of an entire country on the basis on a failed marriage are you? The Vietnamese girls (and people in general) thatI have met have been decent, hard working people.

Sounds like my first Chinese wife. She tried to kill me every night through cooking. It's really too bad you got burned, but to be honest, going after a working girl is trouble, especially when she is not from your own country or culture. Tried reading the whole thing - but it's just too much of a hate filled torrent of bile...without paragraphs...to sustain my interest.  In fact. has ANYBODY else managed to go through the whole thing?

So..... to the OP ... I really do suggest that you do a bit of research/study into "story telling/writing" before anything else.  That or else hire a professional writer to digest, re-organize and make sense of this jumble of blogs.  And skip most of the bile filled anger - everybody already KNOWS you're pissed off, but nobody actually cares to be reminded every second paragraph!  And if you REALLY want ANYBODY to read your story AND accomplish your stated desire for 1. Revenge 2. Serve to warn to others - then you need for your readers to ENJOY reading!!

And forget the technical details on computer hacking etc - this is the point where I stopped reading as I said to myself ....WTF??? A couple paragraphs would have been plenty to let us know that you got hacked and that you found out; end of that part of the story - no?

Reading all this is too much like going to a BBS filled with sub-par gals....you'd like to believe that amongst all this coal, there MUST be a diamond in the raw!  But reading this pile of coal just seems too much trouble when one can just go to another BBS!

Without defending the authenticity...

He doesn't disparage the whole country, just this one ethnic group in Vietnam.

He met his wife at 18 in Macau, which is how the story came to this forum.

If they run the scam on several people they will have the hacks and hardware available.

The writing is crap, but if you are writing in a passion fueled state, the first round will probably be "stream of consciousness," like this.  He says he is cleaning it up.

Even if it's not true, the message is one repeated often around here: Be careful getting into relationships with working girls!

if you had read his blog, you would have known that he had 1.5 mil bricks of RMB stashed in the ceiling of his house

there is another post on his blog where an americanized looking viet or korean guy seems to have been scammed the same way.

MSG along with excessive amounts of cooking oil!

I stayed up to roughly 5am going thru his blog, though skipping sections, mostly the hacking ones, it was still an interesting story.

We should keep in mind that this is his story, and what happened to him, this does not happen to everyone that gets involved with the Vietnamese.

I mean, worse things have happened in this awful world we live in, so it leaves me little reason to doubt his story.  

I get that most of you guys on this board have a place in your heart for asian wg's, but let's be realistic here, they are mostly whores that want an easy access to cash.  It would be quite naive to think they are all precious lil angels without any sort of ill will in their hearts.  

The guy isn't a great writer, neither am I, but it is no reason to discredit someone.

Edward: I recognise you from a birthday party at a little Thai restaurant in Macau around the time you met Hong and Phuong. Don't know if you remember it, but I think it was your GF's birthday and she was hot in a red dress. That was Hong, right?

Anyway, back then, I was sort of in a relationship with Phuong and that night I was meeting her there for dinner. I distinctly remember her shock and discomfort at seeing you and your girl there at the restaurant. She kept glancing over to your table and wanted to shield herself with her hair. At the time, I didn't think much of it, thinking it was just a regular of hers, possibly a customer she would overnight with and so it was awkward for her.

Phuong and I split up and then she went home for a while. Then, a few months ago, I happened to be in Macau and after almost two years, saw Phuong again. Conversation went everywhere and she filled me in on all the gossip around the people I knew. She mentioned that you and Hong got married, and were doing ice a lot. I didn't know about all this hoa hao business until now!

Anyway, since that night two years ago, seems so much has happened. Hope it's all truly behind you now, and that you don't have an ice addiction.

I cannot verify what happens after the OP got married, but the beginnings seem legit because I remember seeing them together at the restaurant. Add to that his blog tells me that he was also doing Phuong around that time, and Phuong's verification this year that he and Hong got married, and also the ice aspect...
