Hello all,

Just wanted to ask the forum if people are paranoid when they go to walk-ups/hotels to meet with girls. If you have a girlfriend/wife you definitely don't want them to find out but even if you're single I am sure most bros don't want people they know to see them go into the common buildings (i.e. Fuji). My point is you never know who's watching so what (if anything) do people do to reduce this?

For me I used to never wear face masks but that's changed since the corona virus but I'm most likely still going to wear one when I monger even when things calm down. Sometimes when I walk out of the MTR I don't go directly to the hotel where I'm meeting the girl. I go into a random mall and double back to try and watch over my shoulder to make sure no one is following me. I know this is a bit excessive but my logic is better to be safe than sorry.

What do you guys think? Do you have any tips to make sure you aren't followed/found out?

Even with the coronavirus I don't wear mask unless forced to. Also if the WG wears a mask I joke she should take it off or give me a discount.

It's always good practice to check your back before entering a place. LE or a thug could be on your heels. If it's in a risky area, also think of your escape route. Last thing you want is being locked up in a Chinese prison cell.

Like Vivante, I usually walk PASS the entrance of those places, then pretend to look at my phone and circle back.  JUST in case someone I know is behind me.  HK is a small place, you never know who sees your where!  Back when I was dating a lot, I would get messages from different girls saying they saw me at XYZ .. sometimes even spotted inside a restaurant they just happen to walk by..   Couple times even near JSL (lucky I wasnt mongering.. I was just getting dessert across the street lol)

Haha me too. I usually have a quick look around before entering. Especially in shady building where you can't pretend to be there for other business haha.

Fairly confident most of my colleague are unaware of the 141 scene. Maybe spas but that's it.
Even if anyone you know finds you in that place, they are there for the same business as you so ... looks like you share the same hobby lol

Started liking the masks for the same reason as OP.
Also was growing a bit tired of the other punters raising eyebrows when they see a foreigners in walk-ups.
I understand it's not the place where you'd expect to find one, at least the mask makes it a bit less obvious.

Would be curious to know what % of the members here are of asian descent.

Even so, recently I saw a video on one of the Chinese media pages, which were saying how some agents were still active during this pandemic.. They even rented out a hotel room next door to a local girl known to be working there.. and secretly videoing bros coming and going through the peephole... They weren't trying to catch anyone, but just trying to make a point that this community is still very active.. but as with everything on the internet, the video will probably be online for a while.. If some people are truly paranoid, then best advice is just stop mongering for a while until things blow over...

I remember someone posted some news video about that here too.  Not sure if its the same one you're referring to.  I think they did a piece on those CC girls, they were even showing the ads and the bros walking by the hallway

Not sure if it's the same one, but I think the one I saw was talking about AO girls that were found on TG....

To answer your question on who's following me personally? Probably no one but that's why I asked if other people are 'paranoid' about this.

It partially comes from the video posted on FB that @trust_00 & @zeroz mentioned above but I've had these thoughts even before seeing that video.

In my head, I've always been wary thinking in the back of my mind what if someone hires a PI to follow & investigate me and use this information to blackmail me? It wouldn't be that difficult to follow me into a hotel or into one of the many well known mongering buildings. And once they know you go there I am pretty sure they have security cameras everywhere recording who's coming in & out.

So on "Who would be following me?" I would say 99% is no body as I'm just a regular Joe and no one special but there's always that small small chance there is.

Yes.... even if no-one is actually following you, who would want their face shown in a random video about mongering on any of those entertainment websites, even if it's just a few seconds... you never know who might be watching those videos and can recognize you.. a friend, a colleague, family member, etc...

I met a colleague in a german FKK club. Both we were a bit surprised when we suddenly stood next to each other at the bar. But hey, we were both in the same boat. So we did talk and had a few drinks together.

Afterwards each time we had a meeting in the company, we just looked at each other and smiled briefly.

A few weeks later we met again in the club, neither of us knowing that the other would go there again on that day.

Has anyone been in Hing Loong Building in Sheung Wan following renovation (some 6 to 9 months ago) of the 1st 2 floors?

I would go there quite frequently and would enter through the rear door in the alley (one of my providers showed me this trick, this is how she enters and exits herself ). Now there are cameras facing both directions of the alley and when you enter the back door and walk up the stairs to the lift lobby level there is a camera at each turn of the stairwell. From entering the door to exiting at the lift lobby level there are 9 cameras, every time you go up the different flight of stairs you are facing a new camera. It's possible some of these cameras are not connected, but that's a lot of cameras . Also in the alley there are now large lights illuminating the approaches to the building either direction so the cameras can see in the dark.

If you're not already paranoid, going up the stairs and down the stairs will make you more so. I started wearing a cap down low over my head when this equipment when up.

Looking at my last sentence above, what I mean to say is I wear a cap on my thinking head when I walk in to the building, and then when inside the room I take off my cap but then I am given a "cap" to wear on my nonthinking head.

I was just in there yesterday, I'm cautiously getting back into action and note many of the floors are under major renovation. The result is quite nice with well-thought-out rooms with ample storage space, clean modern bathrooms, and mirrors on the walls and ceilings. It must be very expensive for the girls however.

I wholeheartedly suggest everyone wear a mask (even outside COVID) when no getting at hotels, 141s, and saunas in HK. Even though you may not recognize someone, someone may recognize you (your IT guy, your doorman, etc.).  People talk and reputation is everything, so be safe. If you’re not Asian, wear a mask and hat since you stand out more than the rest of us.

I forget where I saw it, but a western women’s rights group came to HK a couple of years ago and filmed (for a documentary or maybe for something else) the entrance of Fuji for 48 hours. Everything lasts on the internet forever and soon everyone’s face will be able to be run...
