If I got killed commenting on a girls breasts I hope I'm saying something extremely witty that I get remembered for or I'm caught motorboating them by the girls boyfriend. But now the real  interesting stuff: 1 - How big were those titties. She's with a bodyguard because competing rings will have vested interest in catching them and blackmailing them if they were off-guard. The mob boss may not necessarily care about one of his many girl friends per se, but he needs to save face and maintain hold on his authority by preventing potential humiliation to him. Didn't you grow up with mothers or grandmas telling you don't look at the mafia the wrong way? This went well beyond looking at them the wrong way.
