How much is it selling in HK? 5500 HKD? If so that's pretty cheap, compared to the US, it's $700 * 8 = 5600 HKD

I like your username. However the S3 is the most powerful device out in the market at the moment. You can always choose to wait for the better phone, which is a waiting game you won't win.

Most of the time Iphone only upgrades some stuff, but not everything.

I'm looking forward to the new Iphone.  That's because I am not tech savvy and I never think about jailbreaking.  For my neeeds, I want something intuitive, easy to use, and does what I need it to (outlook compat, email, mp3, and apps).

Iphone 5 should be a major jump in innovation as was the iphone 4.  I didn't purchase the 4s, as it was just smoke and mirrors.  Gotta admit though, the iphone really changed the mobile market.  Let's see if apple can hit another home run this fall.

No, the Samsung Galaxy series was the game changer. iPhone just rehashes the shit they have.

Samsung Galaxy S3 is now the bench mark in smart phones.
It's gonna ROCK this upcoming London Olympics if it's true Samsung is giving away for free to every athlete competing in the olympic games.

I just ordered a Samsung S3 blue version.

I am waiting for the Iphone 5... if you buy iphone you could skip the next iphone, but you cannot with the samsung, that's my opinion

I just got a Galaxy 3S.

I'm sure it's great but frankly I'm having a hard time figuring out.

I love the screen size and weight!  No I just need to make it work.

Iphone!!

No, I don't know much about phones, so Iphone it is for me.  Nothing complicated.

One con I hate about an I Phone is that after you input new telephone numbers, you CAN'T save those contacts to the SIM card.  You can transfer what you have on a SIM card TO the Iphone, but not from Iphone to SIM card.  What the hell is that???

I don't use the iTunes stuff very much, cuz as another poster mentioned, it sucks balls.

Bought my stock in 1997 at about 11USD per share. It split twice since. 665USD today. Target $730.

Sorry to say, but Iphone is much better made than the plastic-ey feel of Samsung phones. Samsung has copied most of Apple's technology and Google stole the whole iphone OS from under Steve Jobs.

You take an iphone anywhere except Korea, people will be impressed. You take a samsung phone, most people think it's cause you can't afford an iphone.

Just my opinion...but then again I'm older and a bit not in the "what's trendy" scene of technology

I used an iphone 4 before switching to the samsung galaxy s2. At first I was with a lot of people saying that the iPhone is useful, easy, etc. But after using the Samsung galaxy s2 I never wanted to go back to the iPhone. The screen was much bigger, which made a lot of things easy to use. For the app store for android, if you don't like an app, you can refund within 24 hours unlike the iPhone where you cannot do any refunds.

Really the bigger screen did it for me. The iphone was small, and much more heavier than the S2. As for apple copying Samsung.. most of those things that apple sued samsung for wasn't actually their invention, but they just got the patent for it faster. In the end, it really is about the product you are using and who cares if who invented/patented whatever first. If Samsung copied everything from Apple, "It's basically the same as an iPhone" according to Apple.. then why not buy the Samsung as it is cheaper?   Just my $0.02

Because the quality of the hardware on Samsung is plastic and feels cheap. Whereas iPhone feels sturdy and well built.
