So Milky Baby is a delivery health service in Tokyo that specializes in pregnant and lactating women. I had already been to Milky Baby once. The first time you go, you have to put in a reservation request online, then get an email back from them, then call the store to confirm your reservation, then call again the day of when you are at the store to get the suite number. Plan to give yourself 2-3 days to make the first appointment. Then, in the office, you have to show your passport to confirm your information. They don't take a picture of it or right down any info, but they make sure it is you and that you have the name and birthday you put down. You then get a membership card with a member number that you can use to more easily make appointments going forward. So this time I called the number on my membership card to request an appointment. They answer in japanese, but asking them in English is okay will get them to switch. Not perfect english, but much better than my Japanese.

I have only ever talked to women at this place. Front reception lady, the other office lady, and the person on the phone are all women. It is a very different and (IMO) better experience than going to a soapland and being shuttled around by Japanese men. The women were very business-like, but were also patient and very upfront. They would confirm your specific requests (costume, panty selection, anal fuck option, etc.) in a very matter of fact way that I found bemusing and rather reassuring. The office is also set up like an office/daycare.
