When the doctor arrived, no onewas at home except the woman in labour and her 5-yr-old son. The doctor instructed the boy to hold the lantern up high while he delivered the baby. The woman pushed and pushed and after a while the baby came out. The doctor smacked the baby on the bottom to get him to breathe. The doctor then asked the child what he thought of the baby. The boy replied, "Smack him again." "Why?" the doctor asked. "For crawling in there in the first place."
