For a place that's been around for a very long time (30+ years), there's not many reviews on this place. Probably because a lot of people thought it was a veggie place. The lady handing out flyers outside corrected that notion for me. She said it's 698 for just spa, but 798 for a spa and a veggie massage, 898 for a spa and happy ending massage, and 998 for a spa and FS massage. (After 9PM, the price drops $100) I always pass by this area, so I decided to check it out, prepared to take one for the team. I was mildly surprised in a good way.

They have great service people; the front desk people were kind to a foreigner like me, patient in explaining everything to me. The towel guys were not all over you yet attentive to detail, and they weren't staring at your junk like some other creeps at different saunas I've been to. The crazy part about this place was that there's three floors of facilities here, which is quite amazing. I got lost a few times, but there are signs for you to follow; I just wasn't paying good attention.

The showers have half-doors that swing both ways, so there's privacy in the stalls. They have razors and toothbrushes for use. I showered, used the steam sauna for about 10 minutes, and then showered again before being led up the stairs to the lounge area. I noticed the cold and hot tub area on the other side, so I took note of it, wanting to use it later after the massage and FS.

Mind you, this was a Tuesday, so while there were some customers, it was not so crowded. Saunas, showers, lounge chairs, there were plenty. Unfortunately, the one thing I noticed was that Daily Sauna was showing its age and need for a facility upgrade; All you need to do is look up and see the mold and cigarette smoke damage on the ceiling and walls. Besides that, the facilities were pretty clean and nothing seemed broken. Anyways, I took my phone from the locker, then headed to the lounge, where I decided to get a foot massage from the old guy hanging around there. He was very friendly and gregarious, and even though I didn't speak Cantonese, he was trying to make conversation with me through gestures and stuff, making it an enjoyable hour long foot massage that was probably the best foot massage I've experienced in either HK or Macau. I think he also had a sadistic streak in him; seeing me writhing in pain seemed to give him the jollies. During this massage, I got three ice lemon teas, and a gentleman on the other side ordered some fried noodles so there's food available here as well.

After the foot massage, I was led down two floors to a dark room where 826 was waiting for me. She hid her face well in the darkness. She didn't speak English, mostly putonghua (Mandarin), but she had a very cute voice atypical of mainland girls I've seen so far. Anyways, I get my massage. She does the stepping massage first, then a pretty great massage with her elbow points, finishing with a oil massage. One thing that kinda got me annoyed a bit though; She was breathing really hard throughout the massage. Through her nose, she sounded like she had maybe allergies or maybe she's sick or something of the sort, which was a bit distracting. Anyways, part 1 was very satisfying, but I was ready for part 2. Oh, at the end of part 1 she gets some hot towels to wipe the oil from my body. She gets naked, turns me over, then starts rubbing me with what ended up being very shapely C-cups with mini nipples. Now that I got to see her, she was very pretty; Not a model-level beauty, but it made me question why she would try to hide her face. She capped me, licked my LB like a lollipop for a good 5 minutes, then got on top of me for a bit of a cowgirl. She was very hot inside, and I really enjoyed watching her tits bounce as she rode on me. I came in that position, and she just hugged me on top for a while before cleaning me with a wipe. I then walked up the two flights of stairs, showered, used the hot tub while watching some football/soccer on the TV. I watched the first half, then I got out to shower again before dressing up to leave.

All in all, I spent $1350. Some of you lurkers and non-karma givers might think it is expensive, but I stayed at Daily Sauna for about 4 hours. I got full use of their facilities, did everything I wanted to do, and the workers weren't trying to push me out or anything. If I could speak Cantonese, I would have loved to chat them up about life. The desk people were quite nice, the towel guys were non-intrusive, foot massage was awesome, and the girl they provided me for FS was way better than I expected (I expected an auntie or something). The negatives were the aging aspects of the sauna that needed a facility upgrade/overhaul and the price of the foot massage (I think 300 for a foot massage is Macau prices, but the guy was a real pro so I didn't feel too bad about it. If he sucked, I would have hated it, but he was master-level). But I don't like spending $1000 for an average FS with nothing else. For 4 hours of facility use without anyone giving me the stink-eye I feel the money was well spent. I felt really rejuvenated and refreshed after my session. I would definitely go again in the near future, now that the weather is getting colder. There's a reason why Daily Sauna has been around for such a long time, and they got a new repeat customer in me.

EDIT: I would just like to add that Daily Sauna is NOT Daily Spa. Daily Sauna is a old HK-style classic sauna on Prat Ave near JSL Mansion, while Daily Spa is a nuru massage place on Granville St, only 5 minutes away. Just want to clarify that for some of you long-time punters (and lurkers too).

If you compare this sauna to other real FS saunas, I think you'll find the condition here to be much better then most of the others in HK … personally speaking the condition is totally acceptable

I think so too, twiceAweek. It's just that I think most people on this forum will compare it unfairly to a high-scale sauna like the ones in Macau (Rio, The One). It's a completely different scale. But my expectations were definitely blown out of the water at Daily Sauna. The girl was way younger and better than I expected, and all the facilities in the sauna work well. It's worth your money.

There are almost no recent reviews on the HK sauna scene and I hope my review will kindle some interest.

Didn’t even know these types of places existed in HK. I thought this was just a Macau thing. I’d like to try it out but I also prefer going somewhere highly discreet. Being in a massage lobby with a bunch of other guys is kinda......

Does this place still do veggie saunas for women, etc? Or is it now just one of the happiest places on earth but men only?

These places 'used' to be in Shenzhen, Huizhou, and of course the most famous CP, all within 20 minutes of the Hong Kong, on the Mainland side. Sadly, most were closed down, or had restrictions placed on their services where there was no 'full' but oral was deemed OK; until that too sadly changed just over a year ago.

Some of the facilities I have seen are downright remarkable, but now they are closed-down silent sentinel landmarks of where insatiable fun used to be had.

Apologies for the noobish question, but what are the general guidelines for these places? Do they have a lineup? Can you pick your girl, or change if you don’t like her? Im hesitant to try one because I like places fully on the down low. I prefer not to be seen by anyone who might possibly know me. I understand that the chances are like .001% but I still feel nervous lol.

At the same time, I’m curious as hell about a real sauna experience. However, I’m a huge fan of being able to pick out a girl in person. My first and only experience in HK so far was at Serenity Spa (review in newbie reports) and I liked the fact that I walked into their place, there were no other bro’s around and several girls that I could just pick from. Of course, the protests are possibly the main reason that the place was quiet and it might have been a madhouse back in the day.

I would just really love to have a reasonably extended session with a good massage with all the trimmings for several hours without paying for 3 or 4 individual sessions.

You need to first understand the difference between one of these "spas" and a full facility sauna
Like I said previously Senerity and other like Spas are basically hj/bj/nuru/fs joints with a little massage thrown in, most girls at these places are from china on a visitors pass, sometimes you can choose girls that are available there at that time
A full facility spa is usually at least 10X bigger if not more, have hot and cold pools, sauna and steam rooms, have restaurant facilities, locker facility, common shower facility and if you pay more there are VIP private rooms that have their own shower etc and some with their own entrance, separate from the main sauna. The girls working at these saunas are all legal to work in HK and have had some form of massage training, no line up and no choice of girls ~ you need to play the sauna game to get to know who the good girls are (pls dont ask what this is)
As for your preference to not being seen, may I suggest you wear a mask ? … as there's now way for you not to be "seen" in both types of places
