My bad...I meant the photos of the Sanado and East Spa girls. There used to be tonnes of photos of the girls from these 2 places there. Now they are gone and I feel sad.

Yes, a lot of us sometimes forget that this site DOES have a commercial purpose for its existence - and that in such commercial undertaking, it DOES do the job well!!

When I think of it - this particular web site had been a pioneer in the introduction of the 141 gals to MORE of the Hong Kong punting public. Prior to its advent, 141 advertisements were only via tiny ads, relegated to the "dirty pages" of the Chinese newspapers - and 141 punting was by no means considered to be a "mainstream activity."

Anand by that, I mean that the general perception then was that 141's only for the low strata of society.  And forget about Hotel walk-in gals - they didn't exist per se! Rather, these type gals were known as High-Clock Girls and only available via "exclusive" agents who you need to be introduced to - and who would grill you before opening up their Pandora's box to you!!  

So yes, this site of ours had pretty well single-handedly pioneered, popularized, standardized AND raised standards of the 141 trade.

His most severe injuries were to his legs and hands, she said. 'They hit him on the head with hammers and he covered his head with his hands. Otherwise he would be dead now,' she said.

The attack revived memories of the bad old days in the 1990s, before the arrival of big US casinos transformed the industry in Macau.

Macau legislator Au Kam-sun said Chinese criminal societies still existed in Macau, but had a much lower profile than in the 1990s. Au said the market was now big enough that normally there was no need to fight because profits had risen.

Since Las Vegas gaming tycoons, including Sheldon Adelson and Steve Wynn, have poured billions into Macau over the past decade, its gaming revenue has soared, reaching almost US$34 billion last year, more than five times that of the Las Vegas Strip.

Ng is a gambling junket agent and VIP room operator. Junket agents bring deep-pocketed customers, mostly mainlanders, to try their luck in Macau, the only place in China where casino gambling is legal.

Ng is a major shareholder in the Greek Mythology Casino operation on Taipa Island, which he holds through Hong Kong-listed casino operator Amax. Ng is the biggest single shareholder in Amax, with 24 per cent. In turn, Amax owns 24.8 per cent of Greek Mythology.

Macau authorities say the Greek Mythology casino in the New Century hotel is operating as normal.

The gaming licence for Greek Mythology belongs to Stanley Ho Hung-sun's firm, SJM, and the Macau authorities have asked Hong Kong-listed SJM to look into the matter.

SJM shares edged up 0.14 per cent to end at HK$14.30 yesterday, underperforming the Hang Seng Index which closed 1.5 per cent higher.

Greek Mythology has 'approximately 60 VIP gaming rooms, and a gaming floor targeting the mid-range to high-end market', according to Amax's annual results, issued late last month.

Amax went public in 1997 in Hong Kong, but has not found widespread favour with investors, according to Simon Lam, research director of Christfund Securities in Hong Kong.

'Their revenue is unstable so normal investors are not interested in it. Trading in the stock has been very inactive,' Lam said.

Amax closed 2.6 per cent lower yesterday at HK$0.074, after dipping as much as 9.2 per cent during the session. An Amax spokeswoman said she had no comment to make on the attack on Ng.

Macau police have not given details of any investigation, but the attack is believed to have been caused by a dispute between equity owners of the New Century Hotel - Ng and his former lover, Chen Meihuan The dispute escalated on Monday when 200 guests at the New Century Hotel found that they could not access their rooms even though they had already registered.

Although they were eventually allowed to stay in the hotel, its booking service said yesterday that no room reservations could be made 'over a recent period'.

The Macau Government Tourist Office yesterday said it had sent staff to the hotel to follow up Monday's problem, and told the South China Morning Post by e-mail that 'at present, the operation of the New Century Hotel is normal in general'.

Shouldn't be a problem.
Have been there a couple times for trysts and no hassles whatsoever.

I chose this hotel as I was with a civvie and I needed a location that's a  bit out of the way/not really on a well beaten path for Hong Kong island location ...which is what you may find out as far as popular tourist/mongering destinations is concerned.

But its surprisingly quite a nice hotel

BTW - MOST hotels in Hong Kong are totally girl friendly.
The only 2 I can think of that's not is the Bishop Lei on Robinson rd.,  Midlevels (for sure NON-GF) and the Wesley on Hennessy Rd (pretty sure NON-GF)  - both church related properties.

what do you guys feel about the current interest cuts in China all of a sudden?! I think China is feeling the heat and slowing down. I wonder how this will affect all of us?! I hope that this does not just create another asset bubble frenzy with lower interest rates and those rich guys driving up the real estate prices again and thus increasing inflation and expectations of WG all over in China and thus making it harder for us to have our fun.

less than 15 years ago you could build a three story house at the WG's local village for less than 100,000 RMB. fast forward that to today and it's costing about 250,000 to 300,000 to build a three story house in the village. As prices to build these damn houses are rising back in their hometown village is growing, we can all expect that girls will demand more and charge more to spread their thighs for us.

Please...things are getting so damn expensive in China already...i hope these future interest rate cuts will not exacerbate the situation further.

Hey Asn;

Well, I for one would love to see another asset bubble.  I own a place in China.  I would love to be able to cash it out at a hefty profit, sneak my money across the border, take my toys and go home (stopping for a quick punt in Macau on the way through, of course )

Welll..... since all that we discuss here has been prosecuted, juried and Judged/deemed to NOT be worthy of even accumulating posting credit.....wellllll..... what does it say to you??

And its neat - for now we all  can just roam the board, fit right in to any and all discussions anywhere and just take pot shots to accumulate such posting credits - right? That's what I see LOTS of guys doing all along.

Hell, care about good conduct on the board, try to do the proper thing, try to encourage good participation - and instead get labeled as a karma whore/trader anyway - so......!!!  Who cares about newbies participating or not - just fire away at them - don't worry about teaching them anything - they need to survive on their own. Hell, we all did ourselves - right??!!!

And about another asset bubble brewing...just becoz China and other countries are lowering their interest rate!! To me its nothing more than shutting the barn door after the horse had bolted - and the horse is deflation.  Deflation, recession, depression - all things which I believe is looming large in our horizon instead of any more asset bubbles.

And even if this latest round of interest rate cuts and/or QE3 do have ANY effect on keeping things in the whole world up - well, its gonna be anemic and very short lived. What makes people think that Finland, Ireland, Greece etc cannot happen to THEIR own country???!!

Talking about real estate in China....

IMHO, this whole sector of the Chinese economy is quite deceptive.  For one, Sales Volume/Price figures touted only refer to Primary offering i.e. new apartments/offices, and does not reflect any secondary market prices/availability.  

Yes, this may have been the only indicator relevant in past eras as China was building its housing stock and there really wasn't a lot of secondary Real estate activity; but this is no longer the case and there really is a massive supply of built up properties held by both the developers as well as these speculators.  Which brings up a second cause for concern - this massive stock of property which is NOT being occupied at all.

R.E. speculators in China buy property in China and leave it in pristine "new" state as buyers will discount "used" units drastically. And "pristine" new state means just bare concrete walls/floors and not even a kitchen sink.  What had been happening is that the developers will keep on increasing prices on units as they get sold - and the speculator profits as such prices HAD increased drastically in the past.

No more - as demand slackens, supply increases dramatically (including those units previously speculative bought being put back on the market) whilst bank lending costs relentlessly cost and cut into the developer's  profits and liquidity. And we've all heard/seen reports about completed, huge, beautiful estates of empty houses/apartment - some the size of whole cities! And we've all witnessed the recent massive and wholesale discounting of prices as developers struggles to keep afloat which IMHO will continue and even accelerate as more and more speculators AND even regular home owners also rush to get rid of their "investments."  They know that most "Long term" investment is the result of failed speculation and will not want to be stuck forever in their speculative acquisition!!

So DB141, I'd think/IMHO you should at least be on the lookout on exiting your place.

I have also noticed a few of the Macau website are gone. For example, www.macausauna.com, macau-night-life.com and a few others that I don't remember.

One was for Big Boss Sauna and other was for supreme sauna and KTV both sites are gone. I have a discount card for Supreme Sauna that I want to give away. Must be member ( RA30 ) I also have some discount coupons for East Spa but I can't find them now.  For the discount card, after 10 trips, you get a freebie.

After buying real estate in China, you will realize that it's not that great of an investment, unless you have some prime property inBeijing Chaoyang area or Shanghai's real estate with views of the Bund etc. most properties in China just depreciate way too quickly. Many buildings are poorly built and water starts leaking after a while. mold grows so quickly when nobody lives there for more than 3 months due to lack of air circulation. When you rent it out, tenants just treat your apartment like a temporary dumpster,destroying your walls, kitchen, bathroom and also your furniture.

I use to want a mongering pad. a place where there was 3 bedrooms and bros who bring back 3 girls, we could all switch and tryeach different girl at the apartment. Then the whole thought about who's going to wash and disinfect the sheets and towels came into mind and I thought it to be quite cumbersome and that hotels were a better choice in the end. it's also harder to bring back KTV girls back to ur apartment versus a Hotel, as they feel more safe in a hotel environment than a random apartment somewhere.

anyhow, in China especially in DG, rent, never buy as it's cheaper to rent and buying in DG at today's market never really brings back any real return on your investment.

Yes....you're correct as usual....but I must say...only for the moment!

For like all things, prices go up and prices go down. And what may very well be exorbitantly priced one day is cheap when such prices do go down!  And I'm just waiting around knowing that especially these days - cash IS king!

But your observation on what kind of property makes for a good investment in China is spot on. I'd mainly only look at those places which had been foreign/Hong Kong built and managed and never those done up by domestic builders who's only interested in building, selling off and waking away.

Just heard about Chang Ping being TOTALLY shut down  tonight - all KTV's Saunas, BBS's even veggie places like Pozolim, Singing Dragon Veggie KTV etc.

All these shut down .... may as well shut Chang Ping down altogether ...so there goes Real estate prices there!

Besides all this real estate talk....

Just passed by Fenwicks for an hour and it is definitely happening!!!  

The talent was quite remarkable compared to my past visits.  One vietnamese girl in a pink dress with the most killer booty definitely caught my eye ( skinny girl, huge ass, but no boobs ), along with a handful of Colombians.  Being able to speak decent Spanish most definitely works well with the Colombianas, they were definitely flocking towards me once they saw I was speaking in Spanish with some of the other chicas.  Unfortunately I have a shoot all day tmrw starting early morning to late night, therefore I didn't take anything home with me.  Looks like its either gonna be Monday afternoon with KiKi or Monday night take out at Fenwicks, then back to smoggy Beijing.

I didn't even bother checking out Neptunes, I can't stand the racist door policy at that shithole, IMO fuck that place.

IF CP has closed, I hope it is just temporary.

To me its a legendary place I have never visited.

We should organize a group overnight trip to CP. folks like me, who are newbies to CP and would never go ourselves need the guidance of some of the more experienced and fluent Mandarin speaking brothers here. I am sure there would be a lot of takers.

Get group rates on rooms, girls, etc.

Keep on mongering!
