LOL!  I think Lucy Liu is hot.  Partly because of her crazy characters that she often choses to play,and partly because of her eyes.  They are unusual, a little, um, rotated?  Anyway when she looks staight at the camera, something twists inside me.

But you are right, she is certainly not a classic beauty.

I think in hot countries, poor people work outside and get dark skin.  Therefore it is not valued.  In cold countries, everyone has light skin, but the rich can afford to vacation in the sun.  So dark skin is a sign of affluence.

Sorry Yazoo, Lucy Liu is not only NOT a classic beauty, but she is not beautiful at all! I mean she's got freckles on her face whichis a real turn off for me. notice how western media likes Lucy Liu type of girls? they have Lisa Ling who has similar unattractive features.

Just take a look at the two girls. they are identical! why can't the western media pick attractive girls? it's as if their idea of asian female beauty are small squinty eyes.

A topic:  Love with a WG,  has come up often lately.  This just happened, so thought I would post.

Actually IMHO, WG's falling for guys happens a lot more than most suspect; as you pointed out, all it takes is for a client to be a bit more caring, a bit more gentle, treat them properly and not just like a piece of meat...and it just gets to a lot of WG's. I mean as callous and totally unfeeling most customers just are.

I know that you, wander, are always very decent to your girls and treat them 100% right. Perspective of majority of American Born Chinese guys (of which I am one):

Naturally we all love Lucy Liu.  We relate to her.  She's the hot third cousin who went to Stuy.  Freckles add to her appeal.

We are divided about Bai Ling.  Naturally, we want to do her because she is a model, and she is Chinese.  On the other hand, we much prefer less ethnic looking girls with Western affect and perfect English.  Again, we just want to date our hot third cousin.

Take my female cousins... all first-generation Chinese-Americans, but with very strong cultural identity.  Save for one, they all took a Caucasian husband.  It's oft said that white guys treat their wives as equals, particularly the introverted ones who are inclined to take an Asian wife.  Who wouldn't want that kind of mutual respect?

I'm not sure if you've ever been married before. But in marriage there is no such thing as equality. Asian females usually always choose the introvert caucasians that can't even get much pussy amongst other white chicks. I think Asian females in western countries only marry to white people, in a false imaginary fantasy and thought that by marring a white guy they elevate their status in society. That or they want their kids to be mix raced.

So by marrying these introvert Caucasian men, it's not equal at all, they chose that sort of husband so that she can dominate within the marriage and be put on a pedestal. No marriage on earth, or extremely rare, is the marriage fair in any way. A modern women in todays western society has a twisted mentality of:

whatever the case is, when you find a girl who is ABC or CBC or BBC stay the hell away. I would rather marry a white chick or a totally Asian-Asian chicks from less industrialized ASian countries who has never been to any western countries before. The biggest problem I see with these Asian women "transplanted" to the Western World is that they're taking full advantage of BOTH worlds without conceding ANYTHING in return.  They'd either play the "soulful dutiful Asian wife" OR the "we're all equals in a modern society" nonsense for each and every situation as it suits them.

So much so that they end up confusing themselves and wrecking their supposedly great marriage...which had all along been based upon their own screwed up perception.
