The govt has medicare which provides free visits to doctors (General Practitioners) and a 60% rebate on all specialist visits and necessary surgery and check ups such as (MRI, Cat Scan, Ultra Sound) this is if it is recommended that you get one of these by a doc then you can get the 60% rebate. Basically its like health insurance but it is only available to perm residence and citizens.
If you are international student or tourist and you get sick or hurt here it COSTS WAY TOOO MUCH and you defs need health insurance or else you owe the hospital lots and lots of money.

pretty much most of the people that come to AUS on working visas and if they get injured or sick during work they tend to go back to their hometown to get treatment because it is too expensive here. But people coming over on Student visas must get a private health insurance it is compulsory otherwise they cancel your student visa.

SEAJ- LOL definitely not better to monger during the day.  In order to keep the wife from suspecting so my little family of 3 stay together and happy, I am only free to punt between 1030am-2pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. The reason why its safer is even a monger like yourself seems wouldn't think that girls would be available at these hrs which definitely means the wife will have 0% suspicions.

Let met tell you, the morning action is hard to find which is why I end up visiting my local Sauna Silver Springs in Mong Kok so often but the girls do exist. Actually, not too difficult to identify and zero in on these mistresses.

Most afternoons, you'd see them hanging around having tea with their ilks at various places in Central - having just had lunch with their beau (or not) and waiting for him to get off work. Don't worry about being off-target and ending up chatting with actual wives i/o of mistresses as bored wives are also good targets!

If only the real world was so easy.  I can charm with the best of them, but these days the hard part is having to do it without getting spotted.  Hong Kong is a really small place and also a place where people love to gossip and stretch the truth more than anywhere else I have experienced int he world.

Its sad, but when doing such deeds, you cannot even trust your closest friend as they will blurt the word out to their SO which always eventually gets back to the wife in 1 form or another.  

Had several times where I was apparently spotted just roaming the streets  during the early afternoons just seeing if there was anything new to eat or buy or whatever to kill time and a Random approached me asking for directions and WHAM.  Got home and had to explain myself even involving the witness who I ragged out for being stupid and making stuff up trying o cause drama as it what women do best.  A few times I was questioned just because some attractive ladies where on their cell phone which from a distance may have looked like she was with me.  

LOL All in all, my wife trust me with her life, but when things are told from a third party, the question that always exists is "WHY WOULD THEY LIE".

I feel for ya, which is why I make sure never to bring any DOM's home because it couldn't only mean 1 thing having not use them with the wife lol.

I usually buy a pack after parking the car hoping that I would get to use all 3, but there are many times that this just doesn't happen which the leftovers then get place in the driver side bin on the door which wife would never go through having no license and all. This is my solution.

You can tell your SO that you were in CWB and it was too noisy and did NOT hear the phone ring.  One other excuse off the top of my head that you can only use once or twice is that my battery died or the battery was jarred loose from the phone (please remember to turn off the phone).
