Which Energy Drinks.

Which energy drinks do you take. What quantity daily. What benefit do you feel.
Any positive/negative side effects.
I only take 250mls day and get a lift from it, usually Red Bull or 'V' whichever is cheaper
in supermarket.
[The 'V' becomes Vodka when I'm on the Piss.]

Cheers GP

Hi GP,

All energy drinks give me headaches so I avoid them!
If I need a sugar rush I will go for a Coke.

Obe

Red Bull  / V etc contains some horrendous chemicals (BANNED in quite a few countries) that fake the feeling of energy. Actually, you can not beat a Banana and some tepid water. Better than all this fake chemical shit that is so fashionable.

Akka, I have drunk beer, wine, and spirits since I was 15yoa that is 62 years ago.

NO WAY will they put on my tombstone that I died from drinking a fizzy, sugery,

fruity soda pop drink.

hi, i work in a pharma company and here my advice,

1. energy drink with many sugar = kicks you up but you get so tired after
2. caffeine - some people get dizzy and palpitate.

may sound funny but do you know baccus? those energy drinks with royal jelly and ginseng much better option. it doesnt give as wild a kick, but it stays in there longer and doesnt make you feel strange.
if no energy drinks are available i take fruit juice as natural as possible
