I think it probably depends on where you are and who you're seeing

1.  The kgirl scene in US i've asked a few times and i think they're used to it. They'll usually say its real even though the reviews i read says its fake. Sometimes they told me its fake when it was pretty obviously, the hard perky breasts. You'll just have to read reviews to pic up what people noticed and take their opinions.
