I just paste into google translate. then reach out in English and ask if they meet faring. Quite a few do. Decent rates - usually around 1100 for 40-60 mins. Some absolute honeys so far...

Thailand borders are closed for tourist right now.
Government thinking for a Special Tourist Visa only for long stayer (90 days or more) with 14 days quarantine in a ASQ Hotels, But only for people from a low risk country. but there is no list which country they consider “low risk”.

I’ve been using offdek very vigorously as of late booking overnight. 2 nights ago I saw a new lady which arrived on the site. Apparently she used to work as a ktv girl in HK, Singapore and Taiwan until covid forced her back to Bangkok where she resides. Anyways I book her for 8hrs/6000 baht overnight. Met her up at the kokotel hotel behind thonglor area. Took her back to my condo in asoke area. Everything was normal I banged her as normally would but things started going down hill after the fact she started texting her friend about how 6k was too small
Of an amount for overnight. I usually pay 4500-5000 as advertised on the site. Anyways she asked if she could just sleep and I said I can’t stop you from sleeping but I am entitled to wake you up as I didn’t pay her to sleep and policy is I get 3 shots if can manage. Anyways I decided to be nice and let her sleep but she wouldn’t cuddle much less even give me a second round oddly since the first round everything went well. I tried to just cuddle but she flung her arm at me and started acting like a bitch so I offered to let her leave 4hrs early but refused to leave as well. She mentioned she wants to sleep until time is up. Okay I’m thinking wtf but I’ll just let her sleep and usually my overnights give me another round in the morning but no. She sets her phone alarm at 8am and basically said times up and suggested I should pay. For her transport back to the hotel. I suggested she should get steppin and help herself. At that point she debated why I didn’t pay for her transport back to the hotel. I basically told her I have no obligation to do so and the fact she only allowed me for 1 round and acted like a 300rmb hooker from a chinese barber shop while being cold,distant and complaining most of the night why she would even suggest I should be a gentleman. Anyways I’ll cut this short and ultimately just told her to stop trying to start shit with me. Told her don’t give me fake appreciation or fake apology and just leave. Finally I was relieved and today had a good time again with some other girl haha. Anyways here’s the link to the bad apple to avoid for those who use offdek.

One more thing to noted. I gave an honest review of my experience in local Thai language of the bad experience on the girl. Apparently the site admins on offdek does not approve of any bad reviews to be posted. Infact any negative reviews would be dismissed by the agents. Which is why you would find any negative reviews on that site because any negative reviews damage the agents businesses so there’s no transparency.

Sorry to hear about your rotten apple experience, but you basically made your bed when you agreed upfront to pay 6000. In this economy, it's an absurd amount, and you painted yourself as an easy mark.

Due to Covid, there are virtually no customers, so for freelancers in Bangkok (meaning basically every girl now, since entertainment venues are closed), the going rate is 1000 ST, 2000 LT. Zero tourists coming in, very few expats around, plus most Thai guys are afraid to shag due to Covid. It's a "name your price" environment. You can offer 1500 ST and 3000 LT if you're feeling really generous (or prefer not to negotiate hard), but anything more and it's inviting them to take advantage of you.

Online, if you ask them, the girls will quote you an absurd price hoping you'll bite, but it's better to make an offer yourself and stick with it. A few months back, I had a hot Philippina who said she usually goes for 3500, but was really keen on my 1000 offer, didn't even try bumping it up a nominal amount. I've had girls on Sukhumvit (ok looking) basically beg me to go with me for 500 baht ST. Times are that dire.

In addition, these days, it's unwise to make a deal on an LT upfront. Much better to indicate you want an LT, but negotiate both an ST and LT rate, so after the first pop you have an option to either kick them out or continue. Once upon a time, Thai girls were generally service-minded with very few duds, but those days are long gone.

I understand I can get the prices you mentioned outside without an agent such as thermae cafe. However my experience is using offdek which means initially you will be dealing with the agent that manages the stable of girls. However after the fact I meet the girl and get her line contact then I could negotiate directly with the girl. Without negotiating and going through agent usually I pay 4500 for 8 hrs
