Was wondering if anyone knows the current going rates for overnight stays at the common walkup buildings such as JSL, Fuji, Kambong etc ? I see rates can be negotiable but what is the acceptable minimum or is it dependant on WGs ? Also has any bros tried overnight at these walk up buildings before ? Any personal experience would be appreciated. Initially I thought it was just a case of number of hours times by the hourly rate butthis would cost around 10K total.
