Can't speak to experiences in the Bay Area but I've had some experience in Southern California.

In most cases, I picked up girls on the street only for BBBJs in my car. I'll admit, the majority of these girls were not the best lookers and even though it was only BBBJ, I made sure to get myself tested every time because you can't really count on hygiene when it comes to the street girls, especially in America. All in all, the girls were chill and it was a simple transactional situation that only cost me $60-80 a pop.

The one time I went for a FS experience with a street girl was with a WG I had seen on numerous occasions at this bar near my college. She always made passes at me at the bar but back then, I didn't have a car and I was living on campus.
