Dongguan back up and running according to article? Any updates?

According to the article, 70% of the 'entertainment venues' are now back open?? I find this hard to believe...

Can anyone update us on the situation?

Btw anybody also know if the other cities, like Huizhou, Danshui etc are back to the old days?
