Just reached to share awareness on some of my experience over the past few years, mostly in MPs. We all know there always a risk, but today I mostly want to share and the risks for your future partners and how to mitigate it.

I'm the kind of guy who let's his dick take control instead of the brain when things get steamy and I really can't resist when a girl start sucking me off raw. Despite always following the urban legends of prevention (am the girl to use mouthwah, pee and wash immediately after...), I've gotten quite a few infections to my collection, but none of them directly affecting me.

Some of the disease didn't appear on my usual health check, because they are considered as "girl diseases" and some labs even recommend me no to tests for it. I can guarantee you that my partners eventually got it. The usual suspects are: Candida (mycosis), Gardenella, ureaplasma... These diseases will mostly have no symptom on you but be very uncomfortable for your partner, and both are at risk of infertility if not treated. In a way I'm lucky I didn't get anything affecting my such as Chlamydia and gonorrhea - yes you can get it from BBBJ, even without CIM.

I suspect most of us would go see a doctor when something is affecting us, but because these disease aren't affecting men, they still spread around.

So a quick reminder for you guys to get regularly tested if you enjoy BBBJ and can't do without it, and consider getting tested for these "girls diseases" as well to keep your future partners safe.

Adding some more infos on the bacterias that are likely to affect men after requests from PM:

Gonnorhea and Chlamydia, can still be contacted through BJ against popular beliefs. You may not have symptoms and still be infected. Symptoms are generally a urge to pee often, a burning sensation when you do, and potentially discharge from your urethra. The infection can even go to your testicles, prostate or kidneys and become a lot more serious. Do get tested regularly either for free at HK hospital in Yau Ma Tei but with a long delay for result, or in private labs for 1k-1.5 HKD for full screen

The only treatments are anti biotics, but best get results from the lab to check their resistance.
You can purchase these antibiotics in many pharmacies in TST yourself without prescription, but I still recommend to see a doctor. Abusing antibiotics increase the chance of creating a resisting bacteria.

Also a note to all bros:

Although gonorrhea, chlamydia and most other bacterial STDs can be easily cured with antibiotics, it should be noted that you should prevent mongering/having sex even with a condom while you are getting treated. Sores/rashes from bacterial infections can make you more susceptible to other (more serious) diseases, and not only will you be spreading the STI you have to your partner, but you are more likely to get infected with something else (such as herpes or HIV) whilst having sex when you have an existing infection.
