Face structure (esp. cheekbones), neck, hands!!! (look at the knuckles), hight (always be cautious if 170cm+) and heavy makeup. The better or more western the makeup the more likely it's a TS since most Thai woman seem to prefer the Korean makeup look.

Also, the more open/aggressive the more likely it is it's a TS.

But most importantly, if in doubt, ask - nicely!

Should vs Hip ratio. Even the most narrow hipped women? Their hip will be wider than their shoulders.

Throats can be shaved, facial bones can also be shaved (see carol cheng), but can't do anything about shoulder/hip ratio. It CAN be hidden by the angle they stand and also clothing they wear, but this is similar to how some WG hide fat bellies.

To spot the shoulder/hip ratio? Simply look at the door they're holding open. The door is a straight vertical line you can do a quick visual measurement between the door edge and the shoulder.

Simple.  Ring finger longer than index finger.  This is as close to %100 as one can get.  All born females will have a longer index finger

If they look overly feminine, like too much make up, way too "pretty" just screams over compensation, this is a big red flag for me.  Also if they're taller than me.

From my research all of the above advice works for cheap surgeries. Broad shoulder and large hands are in fact pretty reliable tells but not always as there's also fairly small frame boys.

High quality implants can feel very natural unless you are both extremely experienced and knew factually (not just relying on the girl telling you' they're real) of all your past experience.

High quality MM vaginas can be indistinguishable from the real thing other than the insides doesn't go anywhere.


Based on this, if they have cheap breasts but completely natural feeling pussy its probably safe that they're not TS. You wouldn't go all out on $$$/research for the pussy but not the breasts. If they both feel completely natural, you'll just have to trust your gut. Unfortunately by the time they're all off and you're touching them it wouldn't be fair to not compensate them and you wouldn't want to get blacklisted by the industry if they give you a bad reference to other agencies, so you're probably still stuck with compensating them for a shorter time but kick them out immediately regardless.

In my experience, I just go with the flow...dick or no dick (have gotten both unbeknownst to me).
