Most of these girls can do incall or outcall.
To your hotel room you need to be able to negotiate with the agent. Usually I have no problem as long as you are aroung TST, most hotel is within 15 minutes taxi distance. If you want to stay close to the hotel these girls operate stay around the smaller hotel around Kimberly Road in TST.
I speak Cantonese so talking with the agent I have no problem.
When you cannot speak the local language and only speak English, I would say talking to the agent could be a challenge, but if you are patient, one out of 10 agents might be able to talk to you in English.
