I dont mean 141 girls / wan chai hookers -  I mean *regular*, *normal* HK girls. From my experience ( and I have lived here for 4 years now ) its very difficult to meet girls in social setting and get anyway. Seems the HK culture is just so shy and timid that local girls shy away from any for of contact, let alone letting you get to the point of bedding them. If any guys have had a successfull experience or encouter I would appreciate you sharing where you met them etc. Any hot tips or advice would be welcomed. Anything from social networking sites to waiting at bars until 5am to pick up stragglers hahaha????

Yes it's true a lot of them are gold diggers, but you'll find a lot of drunken horny ones as well if you know where to look. Lan Kwai Fong is a good place if you're a gwailo. Know how to sweet talk the ladies and show them a good time. You'll find a lot of hot girls here, but the problem is they're quite stuck up too. Just don't be shy about getting shot down. The golden hours are around 2-4am. Be nice, be fun, and if you strike up good conversation, ask to bring them home/to a hotel. Karaoke bars are the usual hunting grounds for local guys. It's very common for people to hop to another table and chat with people they don't know. You bring a jug of whiskey mix over and play some drinking games. Next thing you know you've got a real drunk girl asking you where you live. You know how to handle the rest.

Actually, they come to find me and pay me for my services, which are not directly sex-related. However, after a while, many make all the running to lay me. All I have to do is my job and do it well. Appears you are all so used to fishing with dynamite and you have forgotton how to use the rod. Ho's should supplement trying to score girls who actually by choice want to sleep with you But all said I must say I agree with the stuck up comments. So many girls in LKF have this air that they are untouchable and would not even want to engage in a conversation. Kind of a mixed message though when they come to a white mans drinking ground. I have never once heard of a guy pulling a girl from LKF for a quickie etc. I think it all comes down to FACE in the chinese culture - perhaps they fell intimidated by their poor eglish so you can never get very far.

I was there last year during Xmas and managed to get some, one girl I picked up at Cyber and another at a karaoke bar near there.  It also helps if you are staying in  a hotel or live by yourself.  Good Luck. For one night stands, a drunk woman in LKF/etc. may be fine, but it is not how I imagine I would meet a serious GF ... From my own experience, I would say that, funny as it may sound, the MTR and places like Pacific Coffee offer some real encounter possibilities, just have to leave your fears behind and break the ice. Any hanging out place near universities are good too, as people going there usually speak good english and are more open-minded. Right now, I am lucky to have found an HK woman I am happy to live with, but guess what, we met in Japan while we were both on vacation
