Welcome to the forum
Most saunas in HK will allow overnight stay if you arrive
there after 2 am. As business has been good some of
the smaller saunas don't allow this anymore. The larger
veggie saunas will be your best bet, though I don't think
thats what you want.
But the sauna beds are small and not comfortable to
sleep on, not like in Macau where most saunas provides
you with a sleeping area.
