BBBJ is already hard to find in HK.  And if they offer it, it is usually short (perhaps 1 minute max) before they mount for penetration.  So good luck finding BBBJCIM anywhere.

Try 685 shanghai st in mongkok/prince edward .
It looks a bit seedy but ,,,,, don,t be put off , the rooms are all clean with good towels ...

As for saunas, they are legal establishments and so you pay them for the
'massage service and usage of their facilities'.
Supposedly what the girl 'does' in the room with you is on her own account
and she will take the rap is she's caught, not the sauna.
Any sauna will deny any knowledge of their girl's extra activities if they're caught.

I am only guessing , but I imagine the place in question is a  "legal establishment " as you put it .
The rooms are all proper rooms with a shower  and massage bed in them (albeit green vinyl ) bloody cold in this weather ..
Also, When you go to the desk , all the bills are laid out on little s/steel trays...seems like most other sauna,s.
They even give business cards out ,although the only thing I can read is the street number as it is all in cantonese .
really not sure though ,so as I said I really think I will stay away till I find out ...
Definitely not worth the risk.

remembered another one !
PROPER sauna in portland st  called The Massage Place.

When i did go it was pretty good .
