Bangkok Trip Summary - Small Report

Landing at BKK Airport - Flew into Bangkok through Hong Kong (from North America) by Cathay pacific airlines, pretty decent. Took a taxi from level 2 I guess to Ruamchitt hotel with a friend - Costed me 600 B including tolls.

Hotel Ruamchitt - Identified Agoda was giving the best price after comparing hotels on trivago.com. Paid an average of 1100 B / Night without Breakfast option. Pretty decent hotel, has a swimming pool on 7th floor which I visitied almost everyday during my visit.

Get a AIS/True sim card at Airport - would say must recommended.

Getting around Bangkok - Grab/Bolt - Bolt was mostly not giving me rides, but gives better prices than grab. used grab motorbike the most. Have both the apps, comes handy at times.  I tried asking local taxi drivers to turn on the meter for my rides and they were not willing.

Experience with Massage places - Most of my positive experience came from Doki Doki and Mitu during the trip, no disappointments. I visited other places like Kokoro, Bamboo, Harem, Asoke but quality of girls did not really make me proceed any further.

Thermae cafe was my go-to place this time - I had 10+  girls from here out of which I repeated couple of them for more than 3 times due to highly positive experience, could not write much on them as I could not recall their names or have any of the contact details. Most of the ladies ( say 7/10) would come back almost every night to Thermae and stand in the very same place where they stood previous night.

Age range 20-40 years, there is an ID check for every lady let in, so no chances of ladyboy presence. you will be asked to buy a drink on entry ( guess it was 70B per person and please take water bottle, drinks are not clean/fresh)

prices range - 2000B to 3500B for ST , 4000-7000B for LT. Most of them quoted 2500B during my visits. Place was buzzing and super busy on weekends (Fri-sat-sun) and more number of girls as well.

I was here despite the high pricing for the fact that quality is much higher, ST is one hour standard. I was with different mix of girls and had a wide range of experience. From college student to Receptionist to street vendor(lol, hard to believe but yes).

Youngest I was with 21 and oldest was 39.

Advise - Better the looks and younger the age - Experience should be average to good (most cases), the older woman will give all their best efforts to make you happy. Reason for this is very simple -- They don't get clients on  daily basis, they get picked once in a while among the bunch. The asian clientele visiting the place almost go for younger and petite ones. If you are someone who values experience, my best piece of advise would be to go for ones that are slightly older and trying to engage with you.

Dismal experiences with chicks who looked 8/10 and above. I changed my approach to have 7/10 the max I would pick a girl here.

issues with repeating girls - I did repeat some of them for great pricing and best service,  girls get clingy at times. trying to ask your number and my worst of all this was "Will you marry me?" .

Other factors - Weather is quite hot, stay hydrated. Eating street food is a concern, caught a stomach bug during my visit and lost 3 days of my time. Be careful and aware of places you eat food from.

Vasu exchange gave me best prices and its 3 minute walk from Ruamchitt, USD gets the best rates . period!

Things to consider - Visit Bangkok in not so peak touristy time (February-October), I just noticed THB value increased by 10-15% in last 2 months. just a thing to know and make choice of, believe prices of girls come down during other months as well.

For someone who has not been to Bangkok for three years I was shocked to find out that the entire bar area bit down on Sukhumvit Soi 22 has been demolished and replaced by a huge Macro store. Really depressing. A lot of hot young students working there and a bargain compared to what cowboy, nana and thermae for that matter has turned into.

@kalvinhobbs --  Thats's scenario based, some would be looking the other way or busy with their phones -  gotta walk to them in those times and start a convo, I don't bargain as I already have a max price for a girl before I make my move.  Yes , I get down to business once am done saying a Hi , how you doing (imagine joey from Friends saying that).

@booby_lover - After first visit (she asked money in advance this only time), the lady was okay taking money later. With repeats, she did not talk anything of money at all, I used to pay her at end of session with a small tip as she was regular now. When she popped the question of marriage, I was straight on face with a "No", this question was asked during a intense DFK session. I felt she was disappointed (not sure if that was an act), but lady was nice to me until last day of my trip and asked if she can come to drop me off at airport which I denied.  Honestly , it was uncomfortable situation for me after the incident

@hkmann - I can just imagine what it would have been in early 2000's . I am just hoping there is an similar type of place to open up in pattaya and Phuket etc. Quality is a concern.

I’ve also just been to BKK – overall very much agreed, especially on picking 7/10 if you care more about service rather than better looking ones unless you've spoken to them before and got a good vibe.

Also agree on Vasu for USD but in case you’ve got some big Euro bills I found Superrich in upscale malls (e.g. Central Embassy) provided better rates. Not a big difference tho. If the rate was at 36,55 at Vasu, Superrich rate was somewhere between 36,60 – 36,65.

Maybe this helps for the next trip: in case you just took a random taxi at lvl2 this time, you might just want to get one with grab. It’s still a bit more expensive than bolt or if you can get someone to use a meter but I just checked my history, had 3 trips to and from Suvarnabhumi – Wireless Rd (Phloen Chit) this month and paid between 330 – 480 including toll depending on the time of the day. However, there’s always a million grabs right at the airport waiting.

You don't need to pick older or less attractive girls for good service, you just need to go places other than Thermae

agree, i have never been a fan of Thermae.
long time i not go there but i remember in the past me and my friends we always have had bad experiences.  Bad service from the girls and many wanted to do CBJ.

I am a big fan of choosing the girl myself directly, the only reason I spent most of my time at thermae this time was quality. I had been to other massage places wherein the quality was poor and I had to walk out despite travelling a distance in Bangkok weather.

Freelancers on street? I never felt confident of this girl vs ladyboy stuff, definitely not something I would risk!

Massage places - I pick girls only on stories or reports by fellow gentleman here or through word of mouth review from a friend who has "been there/done that"

Soapy - Felt quite overrate, service too mechanical at times.

We had some silmiliiar experiences and some differences.

I stayed at Ruamchitt as well and at sofitel next door but didn't like Thermae but much preferred fiwfans if you didn't mind some travel and a bit of time for planning.

If you just wanted a good time the massage places basically never disappointed but with a little research of reviews and places you would should get a top quality time with basically no effort. Doki Doki did a good nure nure thing but other places did the fuck part much better.

I found some taxi would quaote me some insane fixed charge so at the start thought grab or running from meter were the ways to go. I found out the fixed charges weren't always that unreasonable when I checked grab a few times and the fixed charge would come in well under the grab amount.

I had similiar issues acclimatising but didn't get any stomach bug. Doctor is so sure I've got chlamydia though I'm on domycycline before we even get the test results (I think I'd have preferred the stomach bug).

How was your fiwfans experience overall? How did the women turn up in comparison to pics? This one thing always held me back to try fiwfans or sideline.  simply my question is how accurate are the pics, they definitely look touched up lots

Yeah for the weather part, I travelled from North American snowy regions to Bangkok, whole experience was reverse. Took couple of days to really settle down!

I've written reviews of my 5 fiwfan visits and 4 of them were very good and 1 seemed a little unstable and I got her on a good day and bad).

All of them though looked either identical to pictures or similiar. I didn't think any looked substantially worse than the pictures but took into account filters were used for advertising. 2 girls I thought looked better than the pictures. Just like in Thermae once you get the girls out of there clothes in different lighting they will look different.

I liked fiwfans cause if you wanted something like big breasts it was very easy to find and the 2 big breasted girls I saw were definitely as advertised. Actually 3 had big breasts but the 3rd was big hard fakes so i'm not really including them. Didn't see any milk though like on offer in hk 141

My only let down with the girls I mostly saw in fiwfans is they geared much for towards gfe and milder sex time with 3 of the 4 girls not even doing CIM.

I did find some European women near Grace hotel lobby, for those who are interested can check this place out.  Was walking casually after my mean and noticed 10-15 freelancers spread on the way to entrance.

Also, I did find some Arab women (at least dressed so in their black suite/burkha) on the Nana plaza stretch -  from Sukhumvit --> Nana Plaza --> walk past Rajah hotel . Found a small group of women around 10pm time.

Found more ladyboys on the the Sukhumvit road.

Favorite spot to sit -- Bar  in the Rumachitt hotel ground floor -- Bush Garden Bar & Restaurant . Decent Food and a beer to spy on every girl going in and walking out of Thermae ( I don't like any form of loud music, this was my best place)

Other times, girls do come out to pay and use toilets in Ruamchitt hotel, I get to deal with them as well.

Thermae girls offer a consistent type of service. They are pros, most of them are doing it as their only job. Some of them go occasionally (a few times a month). Some go every day.

I've gone every day for a month to drink and people watch. I've taken about a dozen girls. The best was only about equal to the average soi 4 freelancer experience I get. Most of the girls are friendly and sometimes even charming. Walking back to the hotel with them is fine. But once it gets to the bedroom they become withholding and professional.

Looks-wise, I don't see why people always say the girls look better. Maybe they appeal to asian tastes more. Most girls I find there are at best pretty, around 7-7.5.

So no I don't think it is a good venue for either cost, service, or looks. As far as freelancers go, I find the soi 4 ones much better. Soi 4 also has the viet girls, who are Thermae-like in their bad service, but look better imo.

The two massage streets in Phom Phrong almost always have someone I'm fine with. Yes massage shops tend to have worse looking girls -- Maybe only 5 out of the 50 girls working there are decent for me, but that's still a selection of 5.


My favorite FL scene in bangkok is soi 4. Near everything. 5 minute walk to my hotel. Can take multiple girls a night if I choose, just walk downstairs. There is better selection this December. The girls offer consistently good service, bbbj, prices between 1000-1500. I can pick 7.5s and 8s easily.
The ladyboys are very recognizable. But if you are inept at differentiating between the sexes, the adam's apple is a telltale sign. Anyways, if the OP hasn't even tried soi 4, I don't think you have a very good frame of reference.

TF here used to be good before high season. It's more difficult now, the best looking girls quote 2500-3000... tourists and one week millionaires driving the price up. I haven't been seeing many girls though because of Elden Ring and preferring to spend money on food.
