I don't think there is much racism here...
... a bit of bullying and just fun pokes at one another, nothing to get your undies tangled about. On another note, Chinese in NYC have always been bullied except in Chinatown (where only Chinese bully Chinese) but things have changed now. Chinese are no longer labeled as submissive here and people are starting to realize it now, especially the youths. Just last year a Chinese kid was beat up by a group of Italians, his older brother and a group of friends found one of the leaders of the Italian pack and beat him to death in front of the poor kid's mother. Afterwards, the Chinese kid was arrested for murder and he stated to a news reporter "don't fuck with the Chinese, we will fucking kill you if you try!" It's coming to the point where the Chinese actually represent more than just chop suey.
