This Sifu is willing to throw in elbows and knees to give me a sports massage that's worth twice the price. The Sifu at the beginning asks you what area to focus on and does a thorough job of it. He pays attention to pressure so that it's never past the pain threshold. In 90 minutes, every muscle gets worked over and afterwards, I feel ready to take on the world .

The downside of the place is that it's cramped and no frills. If you're a big dude or used to more upscale places then this place isn't for you. It's a straightforward veggie place that's conveniently located and passably clean. No shower facilities but there is a toilet. They also have female masseuses, oil massages, and foot massages.

The tables are separated by curtains for a bit of privacy. They provide loose sports shorts to change into which is helpful when it comes to the stretches. After changing, my tip is to keep your shoes, bag, and clothes under the table instead of the hooks. That way the Sifu isn't trying to navigate an obstacle course while twisting you like a pretzel .

During busy times, they will turn people away so book ahead. You can request the Sifu or Masseuse by number. They're one of my favorite places and even though I go sporadically, they make sure to remember me .
