I also called them, and they asked me if I have used them before. Which I have but it was quite a while ago. I gave them my number, which is the same number I have used for over 10 years. They put me on hold for like 10 seconds, and came back saying sorry not in our record and just hung up. Although I understand the reason behind this type of security and customer screening process, there must be a better way to do this for those of us that are good reliable customers.
