Hong Kong Airlines, a bad company. Need Helps

Hi all,
i got an email from Hong Kong Airlines where they inform me that my flight from Bangkok to HK it has been changed, the problem is they dont wrote my new flight schedule nor attached my new e-ticket. WTF!
I send 2 email to them, but still no answer.

So i open their website and tried to manage my booking, but seems impossible. I have a frequent flyer number, login with this password but in my profile page dont have a option for manage booking.

I also tried to login here https://www.hongkongairlines.com/en_HK/buddyclub/login but the same user name and password that i use for my frequent flyer profile dont work, tried to make procedure for "forget password" but there is a notification that my email is not register, so i guess have need another registration... Well, but where i can make this registration!?
something wrong?

In 10 years i never had a company have a lack of information like Hong Kong Airlines.

Any advice? please, dont suggest me to call them, i leave in Europe and my english pronunciation is not good.
I thinking to ask for refunde and buy a new ticket with another company, but all flight are too expensive.

Unfortunately budget airlines are like this … you could even be at the airport checking in and they inform you the flight has been cancelled !
Report this to the airport authority and see if they will help you

After many emails with no answer, i found on the Hong Kong Airlines webstie the number of their representation office here in my country.
I tried to call them, they told me that cant view my flight status but they send email to Airlines for solicit my new e-ticket.
Finally today, after 4 days, i got my new e-ticket.
So is better late than never, but this customer service is very crappy.

Hong Kong Airline is not budget airline.
HK Express is the budget airline.
similar name, but not the same.

Hong Kong Airline is actually pretty ok.
I travel a lot to Japan and Shanghai using this carrier.
HK Airlines is owned by Hainan Airline , the only Skytrax 5-star Chinese airline.

their website is lousy, and the mobile app is even worse.
next time, call their China Hotline or China office branches phone number.
somebody will pick up within a few rings every single time.
