Some do some don't. It's hit and miss.
As twice says your best source of info is the reports section. Use the 'search' function to find a report on the girl you're interested in. It will tell you lots of info, including if she speaks English.
You should completely disregard everything on the profile except the address and the price.
The rest of the information - including the photo, her review, her name, her height, her size, her race, her marks - is fictional, exaggerated, or out of date, and should be treated with suspicion. The information is so bad, you can even find girls that are significantly better than their profile makes out.
It's a judgement call.
Best way to start is to write down what you want to do
Pick a few girls who look like they might do that
Pick a time
And go and visit the first one on your list ...
... then the next one ...
And play safe at all times.
If you have a bad experience, visit at least two more before giving up on the rest of your list. Chances are the next one will be gr8.
