Since you seem to be the site tit guy Baggins, answer me this:
1) does having this surgery done lessen the pleasure a women gets from having her nipples caressed?
2) does it prevent a women from being able to nurse a child? ...
That's Dr. Baggins, Mars ...
Bloody hell, I google breast implant massage and they have a site for it!
http://www.advanced-art.com/Breast-Aug-Massage.htm
(1) my Thai girl had no loss of nipple sensation but the doc inserted the implants from her armpit i.e. he cuts there and uses some form of "medical" instrument to open up the cavity under her breast and shoved them in from there. She was not happy with the size, the doc inserted twice the size she asked for
... I guess Thai Docs know better than a WG what they want.
To be fair she said in hindsight she would have liked a size about halfway between what she asked for and what the doc inserted..
She seriously considered getting them replaced with a smaller version. They were almost rock hard, especially the left one as that breast was naturally a little smaller than the right one. Quite a turn-off really, but the aggressive massaging did seem to help, although it was disconcertingly aggressive.
One local P/Surgeon indicated he may need to go in by cutting under the breast to do the replacement. The problem is once the oversize ones are inserted the replacement surgery to downsize can have issue like stretch marks, sagging, etc., which may need more invasive techniques.
There must be a big risk of some loss of sensation where the surgeons cut and go in through the areola (maybe they need to alter the position of the nipple?)
(2) no real life experience on that question but articles say implanted women can still breast feed, although they may experience more problems and less milk production. The method used to insert the implant and the skill, or lack of skill of the doc would have to be a major factor.
Btw, do you like my new Apple iBoob .... these implants look good, I wonder how they would feel?
