Would it be helpful to add a category to the Report Template that deals with the girl's looks relative to her DB pictures?  Something like: Looks in Person Versus DB Pics: Face: (better/worse in person) Tits (smaller than DB but nice and perky!)  Body (carries an extra 20lbs, etc.) Something simple just to remind reviewers to give us something we can calibrate to.  Just about all the reviewers give a good account of their visits but a phrase like "she had great tits" is less useful to the next guy than saying, "great tits, nicer than her DB pics and just as big!"
