Yes never have been inside a walk up building yet.They look creepy enough during the day. I will try and get me a phone set up to use and start calling as soon as Im heading away from the airport. Triads teenagers hanging downstairs, stairs smelled of urine, and the stairs hardly lit.  Went down one flight and decided to take the elevator outta there.  That was back in the days before the Langham was built. TST is probably a different story...
