Hunter started this thread to extol the virtues of Sulasno. Then, when people disagree, you say close it down. What is that?

I don't agree bro. Ramjet has been a member of the forum since May 2007. That means he's supported the forum since then.
But not every member likes to write in - nothing wrong with that.

To me, the fact that Ramjet has now chosen to speak out just shows how strongly he feels about this matter. I'm telling you,
a lot of bros feel the same and you shouldn't just try to ignore it and shut us up.

Would you listen to yourself. Read Ramjet's post again. He's made perfectly reasonable statements in a very reasonable way.
What has he said for you to declare war on the guy? Sulasno is not God. He's just a member of this forum who has pissed
off a lot of people and caused a lot of trouble. Don't you remember how nice and friendly and peaceful it was for the 3 days
that he was absent. When he came back - within one day, he had poor southernpod foaming at the mouth and writing a
post full of cussing and swearing. Then, after creating havoc, Sulasno went away again. And, again, peace, friendliness and
good humour returned to the forum.

Personally, I hope Sulasno never returns. But, of course, we can't stop him - he's a member of the forum. But just try to
understand what the bros are saying. Sulasno is the trouble-maker. How many people has he baited, ridiculed and insulted -
all the time protected by his Mod status. How many times has he said ...  Mods can do whatever we want and we don't
have to give any explanations. I don't believe any of the new Mods believe that. Sulasno's time has come and gone. We
have new Mods now - and you all have the support and rspect of the bros. I just hope you act wisely so that you can keep it.

Jake, yes there is free speech, but this has come to a point where it's just immature.

What do you expect to get out of this? Annoy sulasno till he leaves? It's not gonna happen! All you're doing is upsetting the spirit of the forums by perpetuating drama. If you think sulasno has been an ass and upset a lot of members, fine. You stated your case, the members have heard your side of the story. There's no need to convert yourself to a preacher for this cause. What I need from you now is to be the better man, let it go, and just get back to what these forums are about.

I want to ask for it's return. OK, the thread can be closed but there was nothing offesive about it and it should remain on the forum.

As for the 'deleted thread' I have no idea what happened to it but I do know that deleted
items cannot be brought back, unless someone has saved a copy.

Marsupial is now back on the forums, and talking about subjects other than why he was banned. If he wishes to bring the topic up with the admin, that will be his case. If you wish to ask about it as well, I suggest you ask the admin yourself as well. Posting it on the forums is not going to further that particular discussion.

You're right bro - we're cool    We might argue, shout, curse - but then it's over. That's how it is with guys.  

But the gals are different - they never forget. I swear to god, my wife will bring up stupid stuff that I did years ago and I'd
forgotten all about. It's like they have a special part of their brain where they store all this stuff and they can bring it out
at a moment's notice to use against us.

Looks like we are unable to get over this obstacle. Actually, I don't think there is a right or wrong solution to this. I think we can only express our views and let the brotherhood decide.
