I've seen some of my patients in the US get better after strokes using water exercise. This is because after a stroke, many of them forget how to walk. They've learned how to limp or compensate for their weak side when they try to walk. In the water, you're weightless, so you don't have to be strong to walk. You can gradually add more weight with every water exercise session until you're strong enough to walk normally on dry land. By the way, I'm also looking for a water exercise class for a friend of mine in Hong Kong who's suffered the same thing as you, a mild stroke. If any of you bros know of one, please let me know. Thanks.

I already swim as often as I can and it seems that's also one of the reasons why the damage was mild. The first two weeks I walked a bit funny, friends say I looked more like I was a bit tipsy and I remember once in England seeing a Scottish comedian do a sketch on funny walks. I immediately became more concious of this and put more effort into moving as normally as possible. Not having sex is driving me nuts and I'm trying to hatch a plot to have one of my friends drive me to Jordan for a physio session tomorrow and will try to sneak in a quickie with a hotel girl. Won't be able to do any exotic positions, but then I really prefer CG so that might be perfect as long as the girl has the energy to see it through to the end. If it works out, I should have a report soon.
