Agent Sasa - Fran - bad communication

WIR: I’ll give Sasa one more chance

So there was another poster who was pretty upset about being mishandled by Sasa and Fran. Seems I got a bit similar today.

Booked Fran via tg a day early. Come the day, I finish work early and head over to the hotel. Arriving at the hotel, I got my phone out and was about to message Sasa saying I arrived and to ask for the room number. Turns out she had been messaging me a couple of hours ago asking if I could delay by 30 mins.  When I didn’t reply it seems she cancelled my booking.

We chatted a bit at my appointed time and she was apologetic but i was still annoyed to have been cancelled. I think she wanted to shift my spot as another dude had booked an early slot, meaning she had to shift everyone after that 30 mins later.

So, disappointing and wasted time but ah well. Like I said to the other poster, shit happens. Should have checked my tg, so kind of blame on both sides.

Will give Sasa one more chance.

Good job brother for writing this post.  These post are vital in forcing agents to provide better customer service to all of us.  We shouldn’t treat these events with a shit happens attitude and not report it.

What Sasa should have done is to write a warning message telling you if you don’t reply in x minutes your appointments would be cancelled.   Rather then just cancelling you with saying a thing.

Sasa is a trash agent in my opinion who have little regard the the customer.  She probably saw more profits slotting a confirmed client in your time slot.   I wouldn’t give her another chance if I were you.

Yes I agreed dontclickme Sasa should wait for a little at least for her client he can busy somewhere so have to keep patience for waiting for a while it's not like that if the client did not answer you rapidly so you cancelled the appointment and left from there, This is not professional I rate it as bad service.

De Ja Vu. Had the same happen to me as well. Scheduled time, arrived, was told to wait 30 mins because the bro ahead was late, then finally  5mins later Sasa said Fran was hungry and wanted to eat something so need to wait for a later session I was hungry too

Anyway. Ended up re-scheduling for another time. Not sure if it was Fran or Sasa ... Only happens with Fran it seems, so popularity does create a pattern.

@twiceAweek I believe it was around late August. At the time I think scheduling was on and off. Too much uncertainty as to when Fran was due to leave (also hotel changes). So combination of both made it difficult to manage I guess. Likely bros wanting to jump the q Scheduling worked out in the end and I got my chance to say good bye ... happy ending
