Near to Tai Po Anyone?

Anyone notice the sudden fresh immigration to Tai Po?  

wondering if someone can share their experience in the field (so to speak)?  Any good reports?

over the past couple of weeks they seem to have pretty much doubled the number ... just curious if someone's investigated.
