Going to be in town for just the weekend, so I really don't want to try my luck with the walk ups, but I have no hand phone that works in HK. Is there any ideas about how to book a Hotel girl without a hand phone? I know I can call before I leave my hotel, but I know the second call is usually from a hand phone for the room number. I really don't want to go to the trouble of buying a pre paid phone for only 2 days, any ideas?

#2 Post at 15-6-2010 08:07  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #1 bad_influence's post you buy a prepaid SIM card, not a pre paid phone. without a local HK number, your chances of booking a Hotel Reservation girl is next to zero. will you be buying some water at 7-11 for your trip? if so, buying the prepaid SIM card wont be much "trouble", as you can get it at 7-11 as well. just plug it into your existing mobile phone and you're ready. there's a 7-11 in the arrivals lobby of HK international airport.
