The milk one sucks, only because it appears to be one of those "everyone did some" problems. The producers added some, the whoelsalers added some, there is even some suggest that more was added closer to production (but no proof offered). Systemic abuse of one's fellow man (especially the children) sucks.
Back on the initial post on this thread, the reality of most rapidly developing countries is certain men end up with more money than before and certainly girls need more money. The oldest profession exists in part because of this disparity. As long as the girls work safely (aka caps and cleaning), the 141 business isn't any different from many jobs they might have except that they are taking home maybe a week's pay every day. Many of these girls will actually use the money for something good, maybe to improve the way their family lives or to improve themselves, and the real payoff comes when they get married, have children, and make sure they get a full education so they can work in the gleaming office towers instead of in an 4 sq meter hotel room on the hourly plan.
Most of them don't love it, but they hate it less than working in a factory for little money. It isn't forced, it's a choice: Get rich quick, or get their slowly (or never). They make their choice. It's a job like all the others, just with strange working conditions and much better pay.
