check ads in (in rough descending order):

1. adultlook.com
2. callescort.org
3. tryst.link
4. hot.com
5. (tie) megapersonals.eu and skipthegames.eu
6. adultsearch.com

notes

* adultsearch is ranked low because it does not have post dates, no expiration dates, and generally no effective policing of b&s orgs; however it is still useful
* privatedelights is omitted because it is generally not punter-friendly
* aggregators such as alligator are omitted from the list since they are redundant with these primary escort sites

I can only speak for cmilf orgs on adultlook and adultsearch. Klaire and her fellow PO tends to use real pics of the lineups, though her fellow PO tends to reply in a timely manner.

The motel cmilf/cgilf org also tends to use real pics albeit photoshopped.

There are few other legitimate POs on the two sites but the ads tend to be fake pics, but may or may not provide pics through text.

Another potential site to check would be https://escortbabylon.net/.It is an offshoot of alligator, but its limited to ads that have >1 user reviews, and I've sometimes seen ads on there that I don't see on the other sites you provided, or see a provider start out on babylon then transition to tryst or something after some time.  

Would note that it is typically limited to providers on the lower end of the price range, and sometimes has fake comments/reviews for some providers. On the plus side, it shows historical posts, photos, and sometimes even videos associated with a provider (given they haven't deleted them), so it becomes a little easier to tell the difference between a provider who has been advertising for some time vs. a brand new, likely B&S provider.

hmmm,although klaire i think is on both the web and wechat, i left off wechat-only orgs.  actually i am not certain that i have what would be considered a comprehensive and accurate list of wechat orgs.  maybe someone could come to the rescue on that.   (also some wechat orgs might be somewhat exclusive...)

although i have heard the general sentiment before from others, i can only speak for myself.

first, PD reviews are worthless content-free ramblings of lapdog punters.  among other problems, they lack tangible useful details.

second, PD providers are rumored to be able to delete reviews that they do not like.

third, there is no private messaging so punters have little way of communicating with each other.

fourth, the forums are all closed and require some kind of screening by unknown people to get in.

fifth, there seems to be some kind of blacklist that providers can access and which punters must just endure with no rights to review or appeal.

sixth, provider reviews disappear if the provider removes her account.  this is another way for the provider to remove bad reviewws since she can just come back under a different name but her reviews do not come back with her.

for reasons not clear, very few asian providers are on PD.

PD is so punter unfriendly that I suspect it is run by a group of uptight non-gfe/non-pse providers.  uptight providers are the type of provider i try to avoid.  ugh, ugh, ugh.

Those corgs that use Wechat tend to be the apt corgs with young cgirls and foreign girls. And yes they seem to upping their screening requirements.

PD indeed sucks.  The prices went stratospheric.  Average to below you're paying 4-500.  Hot chicks are 800-1500.  The service across the page seems universally awful.   So many shit attitudes.  BJs with condoms only, no this, no that.  And the reviews... what a joke.   Every single one reads like it was written from some whipped simp.

If tryst is an aggregator then imho it's doing a freaky good job of hiding that.  (1) it has post dates; (2) it is multinational (serving many english speaking countries); (3) it appears to have a responsive human support team that actually fields and resolves issues, etc.  In addition, it has a provider template that lists gender which includes trans (trans-female and trans-male)-- i find this particularly useful in the sf bay area where there are so many activist provider types who seem to bend the rules to deceive potential clients that they are someone (or something) that in reality they are not.

that is relatively easy to disprove.  for san jose, right now, adultsearch has 273 female providers while adultlook has 93.   both have fora (which do not replecate each other).  adultsearch also has local fora; by comparison, adultlook only has general location-undifferentiated fora.  adultlook has reviews while adultsearch does not.

I'd like to add sfstation and some of the smaller city guide type pages.  It's the online equivalent of the small free local papers that have gone away, so a lot of the massage services on there are legit.  I actually found a nice org through there that I'll leave a review of soon.

I see sfstation.com, but did not find any personals, escort or massage notices/ads.

It's not one of the default categories, but if you just use their search function for "massge", a bunch pop up.  Not as easy to use as a dedicated site, but fewer scams as a result.
