I'm not sure I understand all of the concerns you mention. I would say that the most minimal service offered by practically every girl listed here would be a CBJ and protected sex with the option of several positions in the alloted time.

If you have specific services or requests from a girl, it would be wise to negotiate your desires before you enter her room and not assume that it is on offer before you have an understanding with her. Most, but not all of the girls will speak very little if any English. I'm not sure of what you're asking bout first timers. But I think even if you're a first timer on this hobby, with the information and reports you have in this forum, you're not in the same situation as other first-timers.
